AMRAAM IUR Group Rate and Hotel Information
AMRAAM International 2026 Group Rate will reflect the per diem established by the General Services Administration for the fiscal year 2026. The current 2025 rate is $173.00 USD per night. Please note, this amount may slightly increase or decrease based on market conditions and the negotiated rate for 2026. The group rate does NOT include state and local taxes.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Departures after 11:00 AM are subject to additional charges. The cut-off date for hotel room reservations is Friday, 27 March 2026. After 27 March, the group rate will no longer be available and the rate will be considerably higher. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made with 48 hours of are subject to room charges at the hotel’s discretion. At Check-in, individual using a credit card for payment will be charged room and tax for the entire stay, plus an incidental authorization. The incidental authorization is $100.00 for each night of the reservation. Should room and tax charges be pre-paid or guaranteed, only the appropriate incidental authorization will be incurred. For individuals using a credit card, the full amount of room, tax and $100 per night will be authorized and held on the guest’s credit card. Any unused portion of the authorization will be refunded at check-out. The incidental authorization is used for charges the guest posts to their room. The individual must have the credit card present at the time of check-in and the name should match the guest’s photo ID. If a guest does not have a credit card, nor provides a cash deposit at check-in, they will be prevented from posting charges to their guest room folio. The Fairmont Dallas accepts most major credit cards. Upon check-in, each guest will be asked to review the departure date stated on the reservation. The attendee may change the departure date at that time, If an attendee wishes to change the departure date after check-in they must inform the Front Desk at least 24 hours in advance. If you choose to shorten your stay without informing the Front Desk in advance there will be a departure fee of a one-night stay. 

Hotel Parking: The IUR special rate for valet parking with unlimited access is $40 USD/night plus tax. Upon check in, verify that the desk agent is aware of the discounted rate and applies it toward your stay correctly (standard valet parking rate is $50 USD/night plus tax). Alternative covered and open parking lots and garages are also available in the surrounding area.

WiFi Internet: Hotel guests who reserve within the “AMRAAM International 2026” group block will receive complimentary Wifi throughout the hotel. For those few who reserve rooms outside of the group block, they can still acquire complimentary high speed internet access by joining the hotel's loyalty program. A link to join the loyalty program will be provided when available.

Airport Transportation: Rental cars are available at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). The Fairmont does not offer shuttle service from the airport. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are safe ways to travel from the airport to the hotel (approximately 55-80 USD one way). There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel. A car at the event is not necessary.
